   People do not generally talk about unimportant things, because if they do then the thing automatically becomes important.

   There is a difference between talking about something and talking a lot about something.

   Important does not mean it should be talked about and its the same vice versa. It might be important for one person, but might be unimportant for another person.

   90% of the poople say they don’t care about Pagrank (Facts and figures are purely hypothetical) but somewhere in their heart(mind?) they do want this unimportant yet important thing on their sites. I won’t hesitate to call this a branch of hypocrisy.

   I think all that differs is how we define ‘Importance’.

   For me, iPhone finds some importance because of its user-interface, sleekness, motion sensors, thousands of apps.

   Now you’d say some other phones also have these.. then I’d say they are important too.

    Specifically, PR 8,9 and 10 are sexier than Hilton. IMHO.
